"Bed Intruder" Poem (Ramdom Impulse)

This is the "Bed Intruder" poem from our class exercise.

Roots of a Homeboy

Roots unravel the unruliness.
Nature takes a hold of the molding
This way and that way.
With a spritz of water here and there
It grows up and out,
Up to the sky, and spreads out like an eagle's wings.
God's order of life places
The living and non-living on top
To play and exist in the untamed foliage.
Neglected at times due to drought
Or carelessness, or forgetfulness.
If God can forget to make it rain,
Man can forget, too.
If God doesn't manage the direction of the leaves
Than neither should man.
But God is infinite intelligence
What's the root of man's roots?

One of our professors put suggestions/corrections on the poem, but this is the raw-revised version.  Please give me your own suggestions/comments.
